Error code LT-MIC-02

Recording did not start

LocalType has permission to use the microphone, but Android would not hand it over. That usually means something else is holding it.

  1. 1 Close apps that might be recording: a call, a voice memo, a camera, a music app.
  2. 2 Disconnect a Bluetooth headset for a moment and try again on the phone’s own microphone.
  3. 3 If it keeps happening, restart the phone. That releases a microphone left open by another app.
